We want you to be fully satisfied with your Percival garments, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
